It's dated around 1360 AD and made out of nine steel plates which are rivetd to big pieces of leather on the back-side.
Due to this construction the harness is quite articulated and fits actually everybody. Like the original which can be seen in the South Tyrolean
castle and museum
Churburg the steel-plates have got a brass lining and a solid "V" on the front.
The breast-plate is size adjustable with the leather-straps and brass buckles at the back-side.
A great piece of reconstructed history!
